Kenneth Mills came the same day my son called and asked if he could stop by to check on a leak that we had. He checked it and came back the next morning and replaced a few rows of shingles that matched almost perfectly and replaced 3 vents also. He was so nice to do this so fast before all this rain was coming in from a tropical system. We are most thankful for his fast and great work for us. Kenneth Mills repaired my roof that was leaking. He responded quickly and found the cause of the problem. He put a tarp over the area to protect it until he could return to repair with the shingles that I have on my home. He repaired my roof today. He was very thorough and checked areas of concern beyond the initial damaged and repaired that area as well, showing me pictures of the damage. I was very pleased with my experience. I am writing in reference to repairs made by Kenneth Mills Roofing. He and his team recently made repairs to a leak in my roof, centered around my fireplace chimney. He and his crew came on the weekend, discussed with me everything that was needed, gave me a fair price and made the necessary repairs quickly. Previously, several people made unsuccessful repair attempts, resulting in more leaks. Echo the previous comments about Kenneth and his crew. When was the last time you had this kind of work done ahead of schedule and under budget with stellar results? Kenneth and his crew showed up every day (even weekends) early in the morning and worked until after dark to finish our job in a timely manner. After sustaining some water damage, they re-sided our entire house with Hardie Plank, and replaced our shingle roof with seamless metal, as well as replacing some windows and skylights. Ken and his crew definitely ticked off all the boxes that were important for me when I hired him to replace all my wood deck railings with PVC ones. He came on time the day he quoted the job, was prompt in sending me a quote which was reasonable, showed up for the job when he said he would and delivered quality work. He and his crew even stayed till 7:30 on a Friday night as they wanted to get a certain amount done before they left. Professional, good natured, reliable, reasonably priced and competent. Called Kenneth at the number on his website and he came over the next day, ordered the required material and in a few days, all three of our fans were upgraded and operating perfectly. We also had an issue with an area of our roof which he repaired in a manner that will be far more reliable than the original work.
